Raye Hino/Sailor Mars
"Hot headed" is an ironicaly correct description of Raye. Cherry Hill Temple, where she lives and works, is attuned to the power of fire. As Sailor Mars all of her attacks are based on fire. Yes you could evencount her ofuda or anti-evil sign, she gets it from being a priestess in training at Cherry Hill Temple which, as I said, is attuned to fire. For a while Raye felt that she should be in charge of the Scouts rather than Serena, this opinion changed quickly after they found out that Serena was the Moon Princess. This hasn't stopped Raye and Serena form fighting, in fact they seem to be always bickering.

This is Sailor Mars's "special" attack. It resembles a small strip of paper with Japanese leters on it. Its used to paralyse enemies making them much easier to attack.

Sailor Mars says this to use her upgraded attack. Its a bird made of fire that can fly around obstacles to attack an enemy.
Mars Celestial Fire Surround
Sailor Mars uses this attack to send a bunch of flaming and cutting rings at an enemy. This is often used to free other Sailors that have been caught up in an enemies attack.
