| What you will need: 1.) 1 cup all-purpose flour 2.) 3/4 cup of water 3.) 4 eggs 5.) 4 oz. cooked chicken or beef, cut into thin strips 6.) 10 large cabbage leaves chopped into fine pices or slices. 7.) 4 oz. shrimp or small pieces of shell fish (cook these and cut them up) 8.) 1 1/2 Tbsp of vegetable oil 9.) 1 cup of Okonomiyaki sauce (any brand'll do) |

| Step 1: Mix the flour and water in a medium sized non metal bowl Step 2: Gently stir in the eggs, meat and vegetable ingredients. Step 3: Heat the vegetable oil on a hot plate, pan, griddle, large skillet, flat cooking surface with no grill marks, etc. :) Step 4: Pour the batter onto the griddle, mind you this makes four servings. Step 5: Cook both sides on medium heat for about 5 min so that they are golden brown. Step 6: Serve with the sauce on top and enjoy! |
