Mission statement

The Japan club is an ASUM recognized organization at the University of Montana. Our mission is to promote positive cross-cultural awareness through education, demonstration of Japanese customs and traditions, and by creating a comfortable environment that allows for the open exchange of cultural and social ideas. Japan club also strives to support members in the following ways.

Assist Japanese students attending the University of Montana adapt to college life.
Create opportunities for all members to develop strong networking skills
Assist all members in achieving their career goals.
Researching information relevant to our members needs.

Membership

Japan Club membership is open to all students currently enrolled at the University of Montana. We welcome all student who are interested regardless of race, creed, color, sex, orientation, or physical disability.
