The newest threat to the U.E.G., the First of Arthis are a large grouping of Mercenary Clans hired by Arthis Torone to get revenge on the U.E.G..

Torone was a close friend of Former President Shrubbe and had invested most of his vast fortune supporting the traitor's takeover. When Shrubbe was defeated, Torone's fortune was turned to dust and he fled to the mineral worlds where he spent the last 5 years uncovering ancient technology and profiting from it.
