I got some proof that he is Janus.
1.When the time that Kidd get poisoned.then he acts frantic on what happens to Kidd(I mean he get totally upset about it.)
2.When you have Guile the first time,go to New Game+.when get to the part of raiding viper manison,choose another person.then do the usual jazz until after you get the "Chrono Cross",then returned to Sprigg's home and used the "Chrono Cross" to call your formal party. then take Guile to the fortune teller.when she asked Guile removes the mask,then his revieled!!
3.When you take Guile to Terra Tower,allowed him to touch the frozen flame. this also reviels that he is Janus! ( but he acts like he has amesia!)
