In Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent,and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Peter said in the name of Jesus Christ because his understanding of the scriptures was opened by the Master himself Jesus Christ. Therefore Peter was correct because he knew it was correct. And in Matthew 28:19 Just as in Luke 24:46 Jesus Christ is talking about himself and Peter knew this that is why he said in the name of Jesus Christ. It is the catholic church who deceived the people and that is why all the other churchs that came out of catholic church are still deceived today. It is satan who is behind this deception to led the people astray why because there is no Power in the word father, or son, or spirit. but there is POWER in the name of JESUS CHRIST. Everytime a person is baptized (underwater) in the name of JESUS CHRIST the evil and wicked satan loses and JESUS is always the winner.
