I have been quilting for about 4 years and I must say,I enjoy it more than any hobby I have ever done.
I belong to several quilting guilds and I love to go to all the quilting conventions.
I even persuaded my beautiful grandchildren to try quilting and to take some junior classes. They really enjoyed it and they each have two quilts under their belts. My daughter was also persuaded to join the block of the month club with me.
I take my quilting seriously, even though I do it for fun and relaxation. I am definetly not a perfectionist. My daughter has convinced me that my flaws only serve to show that my quilts are original pieces.I like her thinking!
Yes, I have been told that I may have a little fabric problem. I just can't seem to get enough of it. I stash it here and there and no matter how much I have, I'm always wanting more. Does that make me a fabric junkie?
