DOUGH
2 cups flour
2 Tbsp. melted shortening
1 egg
A pinch of salt
Milk ~ enough to make dough pliable (knead until dough is well blended)
Cut ball in half and roll out each half for pie shell
FILLING
1/2 stick pepperoni ~ chopped
1/4 lb. white cheese (fresh cheese made with goats milk)
3 hard boiled eggs ~ chopped
3 eggs, pepper, and grated cheese ~ beaten
Place all chopped ingredients into a pie plate lined with pie crust. Pour beaten egg misture over all chopped ingredients. Place top crust on, fit securely and flute edges. Bake in 350 degree oven until crust is brown ~ approximately 45-60 minutes.
