Mr Carl-Erik Hansson handed in the below compalint to Konkurrensverket ( the competition authority) against Braas activities on the Swedish market the year before he himnself was offered to sell Hultapannan AB to Braas (officially to Benders). At this time in Mr Hanssons mind the Braas activities were dispicable, deceitful and harmful to buyers, dealers and also to the dealers that not yet had been purchased. Braas excercised a troublesome powerposition on the Swedish market. Konkurrensverket took an interest in the matter but did not take any significant steps.

The next year, in the autumn 1994, the turn came to Hultappannan to be purchased. Now there was no complaint from Mr Hansson to Konkurrensverket. On the contrary Mr Hansson became a fellow traveller and got a part of the cake.
