This contract has been drawn up by Braas and make part of the demands Mr Hansson had on Braas in connection with the sale of Hultapannan AB. It is particularly intresting that Braas commits itself to finance a company that sells products from a very great competitor, the Koramic Group. Competition in Roof tiles in Sweden is now negligible. The active companies have either the same owner or hidden agreement of co-operation as in this case, which of course no longer is hidden.
