12 years ago, a major disaster had brought many deaths and injuries to human. The disaster is known as Blaster Fall. And those who are injured by the disaster had their lost body parts fitted with machinery parts. And these people are called the resembles.

Roy, who has lost his wife and daughter during the Blaster fall, still believes his daughter is alive. He managed to recover from his despair of losing his family by being hired by Miranda as a hunter. Soon after, he adopts Solty, an android who has lost her memory and is being hunted by the RUC Security Bureau.

Meanwhile, Rose, who has lost her memory due to the blaster fall has hence became an illegial resident living in the underground with her adopted brothers.

Roy, Solty and Rose met one day. Rose and her brothers, who are the infamous thieves have encountered Solty majestic power and are hoping Solty to join them in helping the poor.

Thus, Rose & Solty become good friends after. However, just then, Roy and Rose realised that they are father and daughter. Rose initially is a unable to accept the truth, however, just as she acknowledges Roy as her father, she died when a building collapsed.

Solty is being reprimanded by Roy for not saving Rose. And this upsets Solty who left home in guilt. While outside, Solty befriends several friends who are related to the upcoming plot of RUC In-charged.

And when Roy realises that he still has Solty and Solty returned home after, the both discovered that Rose is still alife. And, Rose has became an officer of the RUC unit.

Unknown to all, the place where everyone is living is controlled by a system, Eunomia. And the RUC In-charged is the most initial resemble. And behind him, there is more than just a plot which is to destroy the place he had established 200 years ago.

Initially, there isn't much human around the ground. And hence, the RUC In-charged was the first batch of human staying outerspace being sent to the ground. And hence, he started setting up Eunomia to maintain the well being of the ground. However, as the RUC In-charged has lost contact with the people at outerspace, he planned to return to the ship (Einene) where his girlfriend is waiting. And as he finally had a chance to return outerspace, a lightning striked and this resulted the Blaster Fall. RUC In-charged was badly injured and was resembled by Eunomia.

As a result, RUC In-charged has developed a hatred for the system and wishes to destroy it, and the city he has created. However, just as his plan is getting near, Solty and Rose put a stop to it. However, Einene is dropping to the ground to destroy everyone. Einene is another system of the 3 systems in this world. And the last system is actually Solty, whose real name is Dike.

In order to prevent Einene from destroying everything, Solty decides to go outerspace and deal with Einene. Solty has succeed but she has yet to return to the ground.

Roy and the others has been waiting for Solty's return for 5 years, but there is still no news of Solty...

Many years has passed. Roy becomes an astronaut and set off to outerspace to search for Solty. Just as he loses hope in finding, a humming tune being so familiar is heard. It's Solty. While searching for the sources of Saiga's new ability, he has helped Kagura who is desperately wanting to flee from the Shinsen Tennouzu's group, escaped. Through the period of time, Saiga and Kagura meet Dr. Ryougoku who is Saiga's old pal. While doing a research of the two with the help of a DNA professor, Kagura is found to have brain cancer.

Just then, Ginza (Saiga's ex-girlfriend) is desperately finding Saiga, and she tricks Kagura back to the Tennouzu's group. Saiga knows about it and leaves hoping to rescue Kagura. This moment, news of Shinsen Tennouzu's death is heard and Kagura is marrying Suitengu. In reality, Suitengu is a genetic replacement of Kagura's dad and Saiga has actually met Suitengu during the Bubble War. And the marriage of Suitengu and Kagura is a plot of Suitengu's revenge.

However, the marriage is messed by Saiga and the two flee again. While Suitengu has proceeded on his revenge, Ginza has realised that the government is part of the Roppongi Club's members. And the parliments members are trapped in the Tennouzu's building as Suitengu decides to set the whole Japan's economic into crisis. And while all this is happening, Ryougoku has found a way for Kagura's survival.

While the building of Tennouzu's holding has set into fire and the money belonging to the Japan's economic has been burnt into ashes, Suitengu has sacrifices his life while Saiga has turned blinded...

Years passed, Saiga has been able to photograph his pictures beautifully despite impaired. And, Kagura has been treated...

The time with the master is great. However, Honoka has to part with him when he died of age. Honoka takes on the master trade and adventures on the desert with a desert tanker called Bogie. Most of the time, Honoka gets her job through Jyouganki, a highly ranked “Third”. And since mostly required Honoka to engage in battlefield, her Bogie tends to damage. Thus, whenever Honoka is out of the desert, she repairs Bogie at a workshop where she befriends Millie, the engineerer’s daughter. However, most of those knowing Honoka, have yet found out she is actually a “Third”.

During a misson, Honoka befriends Iks. Iks is full of mysteries and yet, he is understanding and knowledgeable. Thus, Honoka soon likes Iks and Iks travels with Honoka to see what her job is like. Though several missions, Iks is found out to have extraordinary powers. Despite full of queries, Honoka does not ask Iks. Sometimes, after a mission, Iks will disappear and returns only before Honoka starts her new mission again…

Several things happened during the trips of desert. Honoka befriends another friend, Paifu, who is a teacher of Millie, and at the same time, who does trades like Honoka. Initially, Paifu dislikes Iks as she feels that Iks is weird and unlike any of them. At the same time, Paifu begins to suspect Honoka’s identity, since Honoka’s skill is too, exceptionally too good for a human being.

The identity of Honoka is later exposed at one of her mission. Despite that, Paifu and Millie accepts her which Honoka afraids they will abandon her upon knowing the truth. Iks, isn’t surprised that Honoka is a “Third”, for he himself is someone isn’t human…

One day, Fila (Jyouganki's assistant) assigns a mission to Honoka, to save Jyouganki. Fauna, a “Third” that possesses the skills of technologies and operating the robots, has kidnapped Jyouganki. And Jyouganki’s whereabouts is unknown. In fact, the Fauna is a clone of the dead Fauna. Out of despise which the Third has given her, she is out to seek revenge. Thus, the robots have gone berserk and against the Third. Without a choice, Honoka accepts and Paifu volunteers to assist. In additional, Blue Breaker is assigned to help Honoka. Honoka and Blue Breaker dislike each other as they had fight against one another before. However, as Blue Breaker is the only robot that has not been affected by Fauna’s control, Honoka and Blue Breaker have been assigned together for the mission.

Honoka with her team (Blue Breaker, Paifu, Bogie and Iks) set off to Fauna’s whereabouts. The team successfully rescued Jyouganki. And through this mission, Paifu is suspicious about Iks identity…

Iks, soon after, decides to part with Honoka. However, Honoka has sensed someone, something, is calling for her. Thus, she sets off to look for the source. Coincidentally, Honoka and Iks meet. They are heading towards the same direction. The Thirds’ headquarter. Jyouganki is shocked that Honoka has came with Iks. And without a choice, he lets the two into the sacred place, which is actually the universe’s memory. And, Iks is actually a part of the universe. As the universe’s memory has aged, he passed on his duty to witness the world’s happenings to Iks. Soon after, Shindou joins the group and carrys out his task to collect the fragments of the black box which was used to drew out demons. The Special Public Safety Task Force has only one goal and that is to seal back the box. However, it isn't easy. And the greatest hinderance among is that The Special Public Safety Task Force is actually part of the demons (only that they are the only that can elimate the ownselves).

As Shindou has the most powerful demon in him, Taishi (the evil mastermind who resulted in the Machida's accident) wants Shindou to his side. However, Shindou is not intested and in fact wants to revenge for his parents.

Finally, Shindou eliminates Taishi. However, the fragments are not yet collected. And, Sakura is injured badly and unconscious. Just when another deep hole appears in another town, Sakura awakens...

Despite encountering hiccups during the process of establishing the theater club, Sunao gets support from her classmate (Asada) and Leo. Eventually, the temporary theater club has won several members who admire Sunao for going against Erika. Just while Sunao has a chance to win a place for her club, Leo's relationship with Kurogane has upset Sunao's preparation for an act. Thus, after failing to perform well for that act, Sunao misses school and worried Asada. Leo realizes and worries for Sunao too. In fact, the student council group is worry for her.

In fact, Sunao is facing a problem with Leo, and is not affected by the failure of her acting. As Asada knows that Sunao has liked Leo since childhood time, she finds mean to help up. Meanwhile, Sunao knows that Kurogane likes Leo and thus is feeling terrible for suppressing her feelings to Leo. Kurogane comes to know about Sunao's feeling towards Leo, thus, approaches Leo…
