| Hyde and Foreman born approximately December 1, 2001 living with us since March 1, 2002 *R.I.P. Hyde, January 6th, 2003* |
| Hyde and Foreman are petshop boys (ha!), and while a bit skittish at first, have grown up to be lovely, friendly boys. Oh, and squishy, did I mention squishy? :) They were named after "That 70's Show" characters; Hyde being a cool cat, and Foreman a bit of a wus. You will notice that Hyde is in most of the photos; he's usually running around while Foreman hangs back, debating whether or not to follow his fearless brother! :) Sadly, Hyde passed away in his sleep on January 6th, 2003. In the previous days, he had developed a severe foot infection of some kind, which may or may not have been related to other internal problems we couldn't see. Despite our best efforts of medication and love, he didn't make it. He will be sadly missed by Foreman, Earl and Doc (his cage mates) as well as us. R.I.P. my big-little fat rat. |

| Naughty rats!!! You know those little Gouda cheeses you buy, the ones covered in red wax? Well, I'd eaten one, and balled up the wax, leaving it on the coffee table. Hyde was very quick to grab the wax and run away..... |

| And of course, no sooner had we retrieved the wax from Hyde, Foreman snatched it out of my husband's hands for round two! Silly rats! Not to worry, they didn't have chance to ingest any of the wax. :) |
