Sweet little Cleo was a wonderful, energetic girl. No one at the SPCA knew her story, she was just there, like so many other critters. She had obviously had some sort of human contact, however, since she was always trusting of us and had no qualms about being handled.
It was hard to tell Cleo's age at first, because she was so active. However, we soon realized that she was indeed an old, and unfortunately, frail little girl This never stopped her, right up until the end of her life.
Cleo will be missed very much by cagemates Scarlett and Natasha. R.I.P. little Cleo-ratra. |
