| For the school year 2002-2003, Scarbro Elementary received a $1,000 Family Involvement Grant from the WV Education Alliance. Family Involvement Grants are offered because the Alliance believes that all families have strengths, important perspectives about their children, and care about their children�s education. Funded by The Dow Chemical Company, Family Involvement Grants provide needed funds to support creative projects to involve parents in their children's education.
