My Diet

Drink
Drink at least 1,5l water a day (48oz)
Drink water, not even sweet diet drinks
Always have a bottle near you or a filled glass

Food
Eat around 1000-1500 ckal (but don't count!)
Breakfast: Frosties with less sugar & skim milk
Lunch: Something small! Carbs & protein, but as little fat as possible
Dinner: A yoghurt or alike (NOT diet yoghurt)
Snacks: Vegetables and fruit, especially watermelon!!
Shabat: eat normal at invitations, but take of everything only once and a normal portion (it's 2 big meals)

Keep track
Weigh-in twice a day (morning and night)
Fill out food & weight diary sheets made on the computer
Get a smilie every time weight is lost

Exercise
Try to move as often as possible: no sports but take stairs, lift legs when sitting...
Take the bike to university... ok it's only 5min and I would take it anyway!

Motivation
My 3-year-old summer dress, size 40 (that only fits whem I'm around 62kg)
Bikini vacation at the beach!
B''h my wedding will be soon! To be beautiful for my husband and on the pics
Always one week at a time: Look forward to the allowed shabat meals
The girls at uni are all at least 10kg lighter
