Our handcrafted sugar bowls and urns come in a variety of sizes. All have been created using food safe shellac or raw linseed oil on the interior, enabling them to hold food products of your choice. They have all been lathe turned and make beautiful showcase pieces for yourself, or a specialty gift for a loved one. Our original designs make wonderful collectibles as well.

This Oak base, and yellow birch top sugar bowl/urn, stands almost 5 1/2" tall. The opening diameter is 4" and the bowl is 2 1/2" deep. It has been finished on the inside with food safe shellac, and high gloss varnish on the outside. Very pretty grain and golden coloring on the base of this urn. The yellow birch top is striking with its darker coloring and grain markings. |

This Yellow Birch goblet shaped urn stands 4 1/2" tall without the lid. Opening diameter is 3 1/2" , and the depth is just over 2". It has been finished with food safe shellac on both the inside and outside. This piece has beautiful light and darker grain swirls that surround a lighter knot area. Just striking! This Cherry urn stands almost 6 3/4" tall including the lid. Diameter of the opening is 3 1/4" The urn is just over 3" deep. Urn and lid were finished both inside and out with raw linseed oil resulting in a soft and natural sheen. Pretty grain markings and coloring in this piece! Note* I would have charged at least $50.00 for this urn, as it is quite large and very pretty. However, in the 2nd photo notice that there are tiny checks on the outer sides of the knot. These are only on the outside of the piece, not through and through (as you can see in the bottom photo), and have been there since the piece was made back in 2003. They have not changed in size, since then. However, I have lowered the price to reflect the ever so slight imperfection. |

This petite Maple urn stands at 5 1/4" tall including lid. The opening top diameter of this piece is just shy of 2" and the depth is 2 3/4". It has been finished with raw linseed oil, giving it a beautiful soft sheen. Interesting grain markings and a pretty golden color, in this maple piece. |

This lathe turned urn/sugar bowl was made from Apple wood, and has some beautiful markings. It was finished with a high gloss varnish on the exterior, and food safe shellac on the interior. It stands 4" tall without the lid, and almost 6" tall with the lid. The opening in the top is 3 1/2" in diameter. Very pretty piece! |
