This Oak base, and yellow birch top sugar
bowl/urn, stands almost 5 1/2" tall. The opening diameter is 4" and the bowl
is 2 1/2" deep. It has been finished on the inside with food safe shellac,
and high gloss varnish on the outside. Very pretty grain and golden coloring
on the base of this urn. The yellow birch top is striking with its darker
coloring and grain markings. |

This Oak sugar bowl/urn stands almost 5 1/2"
tall. The diameter of the top opening is 3 1/2" and the depth is almost 3".
This urn has been finished on the inside with food safe shellac, and the
outside was finished with high gloss varnish. Very pretty design in the
grain of this piece. The golden color of oak makes this piece extra special! |

This Yellow Birch goblet shaped urn stands 4 1/2" tall
without the lid. Opening diameter is 3 1/2" , and the depth is just
over 2". It has been finished with food safe shellac on both the inside and
outside. This piece has beautiful
light and darker grain swirls that surround a lighter knot area. Just
striking!

This Cherry urn stands almost 6 3/4" tall
including the lid. Diameter of the opening is 3 1/4" The urn is
just over 3" deep. Urn and lid were finished both inside and out with
raw linseed oil resulting in a soft and natural sheen. Pretty grain markings and
coloring in this piece! Note* I would have charged at least $50.00 for this
urn, as it is quite large and very pretty. However, in the 2nd photo notice
that there are tiny checks on the outer sides of the
knot. These are only on the outside of the piece, not through and through
(as you can see in the bottom photo), and have been there since the piece
was made back in 2003. They have not changed in size, since then. However, I
have lowered the price to reflect the ever so slight imperfection. |
