Daichi and the others came to a village where the houses were on buoy. A house per 1 buoy and buoy was small island. Each house was tied together with string. Dachi was surprise with those string for what they used. They visited at a house on a buoy to ask for the way to the water pole. They saw mother and son having a violent qaurrel. Suddenly, the bell rang. The woman who was mother told them that it was the time for coming big wave. Daichi and his friends were so frightened when they saw very big wave coming to their position and this village. The woman told them not to worry, our houses were buoys tied together with string, no way to sink. The son, Tabby, didn't obey his mother and took his surfboard to go surfing. When the big wave passed safely, Daichi was thrown by it. He caught a piece of wood and started surfing with Tabby. He admired Daichi in his surfing capacity and became good friend.

Nabu prepared to send his Jado warrior to do bad plan with the big wave.

At Tabby' house, Sushi resturant, Daichi noticed something like surfboard but it was cloth hanging on the wall. He asked the woman for what it used. She told him that it was as a talisman and every house had it one. She also said that normally the big wave came 1 time per day. Tabby always annoyed his mother because his mother desired him to be the owner of the resturant but he would like play surfboard.

Then, the bell rang again, the very big wave was coming. But this time, it was big enough to destroy this village because of the magic power of Jado warrior. Daichi got the way out to save this village. He told everybody to gather his talisman as much as he can. Then, he used them to invent balloon to hang all the houses to fly up into the sky. Jado warrior appeared again, Daichi released Grandzort to expand time for everybody to prepare and escape. Gasu also released Winzert to help him. Tabby didn't listen to anyone, he still enjoyed surfing with that big wave. But this time he missed.

Jado warrior and Grandzort were fighting together, unfortunately, their power cut the string of Tabby's house. The woman hurried to tie it back but she saw her son was in danger with big wave. She left everything behind, her resturant, and hurried swimming to save her son while the other houses were all hung and flying up by ballon. Daichi went to save Tabby and his mother by his Mado magic power. Then he used Grandzort's sword and destroy Jado warrior successfully.

Tabby's resturant was destroyed. His mother was sad but she told him that he was more important than the resturant. Tabby understood his mother and decided to be the owner of this resturant. They tried to fix their house again. Tabby made Sushi for Daichi and his friends before they went on their journey.

It was surprise, in fact, long ear race couldn't swim and why his mother could do it to save her son. V-May said that it was "Mother's love" that could do wonderful thing for her son.

"Mum, was this new year food Sushi again?"
