| This Childbirth Education class will help prepare you and your partner for what to expect during labour, birth and the postpartum period. Knowing what to expect and knowing your options will help you make informed choices about labour, birth and your care afterwards. In this class there will be labour rehearsal, videos, class discussions and more. Please bring a mat or blanket and pillow with you to this class for our section on comfort measures and alternative pain relief. It is also important that you bring some snacks with you and where comfortable clothing. | ||||||||||||||||

| Everyone attedning the prenatal class will get a free 2 hour postnatal visit by the instructor after your baby is born. Please call or e-mail after the baby is born to make arrangements for your postnatal visit. | ||||||||||||||||
