FREE LABOUR AND BIRTH WORKSHOP |

Growing Baby is offering a free labour and birth workshop on February 2nd/07. Are you thinking about taking prenatal classes or thinking about which prenatal classes are right for you? This workshop is for those who want to get a little more information on childbirth preparation courses and the benefits.
This workshop will also cover some information about labour, birth, newborn care, breastfeeding, postpartum and there will be a short video. Please call or e-mail to register for this workshop. On arrival you will receive a prenatal package that will come with reading materials, information about programs and community services and a Growing Baby gift certificate that you can use yourself or you can pass it along to someone else. This workshop is FREE, so what do you have to lose!

FREE EARLY PREGNANCY WORKSHOP |
|
|

Growing Baby will also be having a free early pregnancy workshop for those who are still in their first trimester. This early pregnancy workshop will cover information about choosing a caregiver, deciding on a home or hospital birth, how to have and maintain a healthy pregnancy, what to expect at appointments and this will be a time to ask any questions you may have. Like at the labour and birth workshop, a prenatal package will also be provided that will include reading materials, information about programs and community services and a Growing Baby gift certificate.
