| Janet Lee Knight is an artist who lives in Greensboro, NC, with her husband Glenn and son David.One cat and two zebra finches also share the household. Janet loves gardening and the out of doors. Art has been a love of hers and very much a part of her life throughout a career in Education. In addition to using her talents in the classroom, whe was instrumental in designing and painting a 300 + foot mural on the elementary hall that depicted the history of the area in "Time Traveling Through Guilford County". Recently, she created the mascot, "Rudy Roadrunner" for New Mexico Life Rescue helicopter service based near St. Vincent Hospital in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She now devotes all her time to painting landscapes, architecture and wildlife in acrylic, oil and watercolor. Janet paints in a realistic and impressionistic style. She has completed numerous commissions for people and hopes to get invitations to do more.
