What is Colic ?
Recurrent bouts of unexplained crying that usually happens in the late afternoon or evening. (although as your child is an individual - Colic can happen at anytime - but usually the same time each day).

The crying maybe very intense and brief or last for hours and is not generally pacified by the usual remedies - (that you may use to pacify the 'normal' crys).

Your baby's face usually becomes very red, legs are drawn up to the abdomen and fists are clenched.

Colic generally starts in the first 3 weeks of your baby's life and usually stops by the age of 3/4 months.

It is well recognised that colicky babies are quite healthy and continue to thrive.

There is No defined reason for Colic - however the cause maybe a result from one of the following:
*
Wind
*
Immature Nervous and Digestive Systems
*
Enviromental Tension.

Special Colic Massage Routine helps to:

*
Tone the digestive tract.
*
Release built up stress/tension.
*
Move wind and waste into the bowel for expulsion.
*
Relax your baby.

See
courses/classes for information on a individual Colic session to help relieve your baby of the symptoms of Colic.
