Use 2-3 strands at a time to get the best coverage.

This is a basic chart that you use with any colours you wish. Use up some of those spare strands on the striped box and the tree decorations. Basically the tree is best green and the cat is best black, but with the rest you can use your imagination. Just ensure that you match your colour to a symbol and use the same colour wherever that symbol appears.

This design can be stitched in 2 hours and is ideal for cards, gift tags, fridge magnets or a small picture.
