honey/lavender sugar scrub
you will need:
1 1/2 cups raw, granulated cane sugar
1 T. safflower, sweet almond or grapeseed oil
1-1 1/2 cups honey
20-30 drops lavender essential oil
what to do:
mix sugar and oil until oil is evenly distributed. add honey a little
at a
time to make a paste. if the honey is too thick you can warm it very
slightly
in the microwave until it is pourable. add just enough honey to make
the
paste soft and then add the essential oil. mix well and store in
airtight
containers. this makes about 1-2 applications.
