  • 15 tablespoons of sea salt
  • 10 tablespoons of almond oil
  • handful of crushed almond shells
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of glycerine
  • 1/2 tablespoon of rosemary essential oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon of evergreen (minty) essential oil.

    Blend together on low in the blender, and pour into airtight containers. Is very minty and tingly!
