MEXICAN LAYER DIP
Prep time: approx. 20 minutes
Cook time: 20-30 minutes
Ingredients:
2 blocks cream cheese
2 cans chili
2-3 cups chopped scallions
1 block Monterey jack cheese with jalape�os
2 cans small black olives (optional)
Spread cream cheese on bottom of casserole dish. Spread cans of chili on top of cream cheese. Scatter chopped scallions on top of chili. Grate cheese and scatter on top of scallions.
Optional: top with small black olives.
Bake approx. 20-30 mins. or until bubbly.
