SUPER EASY CRAB DIP
Everyone always raves about this, and I'm always embarrassed to tell them how easy it is!
1 large container soft cream cheese
1 large bottle of cocktail sauce (Ken's is really good)
2-3 cans of fancy "lump" crab (although fresh is even better, if you can find/afford it)
Spread cream cheese on a plate.
Top with cocktail sauce.
Top with drained crab meat.
Garnish with a little paprika and a lemon. Serve with Triscuits, Melba crackers, or other strong crackers.
