OZYMANDIAS�S
BLUE LEMONADE
(Makes 1� quarts)
*1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (6-7 large lemons)
*1 cup fresh blueberries
*2/3 cup granulated sugar
*5 cups of water
In a blender, puree lemon juice and berries. Strain through a fine mesh strainer, pressing berries with a rubber spatula to extract juices. Combine juice, sugar, and water in a pitcher and stir until sugar dissolves.

*1 oz. Stoli Vanil
*3 oz. orange juice
Mix together and enjoy!

FRESH LEMONADE
Go on, find a porch swing.
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (5-6 lemons)
� to � cup superfine sugar (regular granulated will not dissolve fast enough)
1 cup crushed ice
4 cups water
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until the ice chunks are gone (and pretty much melt). Serve over ice. Makes one and a half quarts.

GRANITA
It's fancy and oh so good.
2 cups sugar
4 cups water
2 cups watermelon puree
1. Simmer the water and sugar in a saucepan for five minutes. Add the watermelon puree and cool.
2. Place in a shallow metal baking pan in the freezer for 20 minutes. Remove and stir from the outer edges and return to the freezer. Repeat this step every fifteen minutes until the consistency is icy and grainy.
3. I like this with some fresh mint leaves and a little dash of champagne.

HOMEMADE BAILEY�S IRISH CR�ME
What you need:
2 cups whiskey (any type)
3 cups half & half
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons instant coffee grounds/crystals (Think "Sanka")
Blend together on high for 1 minute. Chill. Serve cold or over ice. Mix to taste, depending on preference.

HOT MULLED CIDER
4 quarts apple cider
1 cup brown sugar
9 whole cloves
9 whole allspice
4 cinnamon sticks
Simmer for 20 minutes. Remove spices, and serve hot in mugs.
KIM�S
LEMONADE
(This is sipping lemonade & is great to make with kids. It is best to serve the same day.)
3 lemons
3 cups water
� cup to � cup sugar (depending on how tart or sweet you like it)
Lots of ice
Roll lemons on counter, cut in half and squeeze. Remove pits if any have fallen into juice. If you don�t like pulp, strain the juice. Pour juice into container that has a good, well-sealing lid. Pour in 3 cups water (plain old tap). Add sugar. Shake container vigorously. Fill glass(es) with ice & pour lemonade over.

ORANGE BREAKFAST NOG
START TO FINISH: 5 MINUTES
1� cups buttermilk
� of a 6 oz. can (1/3 cup) frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 or 3 large ice cubes
1. In a blender container, combine buttermilk, orange juice concentrate, brown sugar, and vanilla. Cover and blend till smooth. With blender running, add ice cubes, 1 at a time, through opening in lid. Blend till smooth and frothy. Makes 2 (about 10 oz.) servings.

ORANGE FROSTY
� cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup Milk or plain yogurt
1 tsp sugar (optional)
4-5 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend.
For variation, add a ripe banana, a ripe peach, or a cup of strawberries. You can also use flavored yogurt. Honey can be used in place of sugar.BREADS
