CHILI CHEESE POTATOES
Bake 2 potatoes.
In microwave, heat up � cup drained kidney beans, � cup salsa.
Stir in � cup shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese until melted.
Spoon over potatoes, and serve.
