BLUE CHEESE AND PEAR BRUSCHETTA

2 redskin pears
2oz sharp crumbly blue cheese
1T fresh Italian parsley
1T olive oil
1t lemon juice
8 oz mascarpone cheese
1 baguette, sliced
� cup finely chopped walnuts
Fresh pepper
Rinse and dice the pairs with the skin still on, add lemon juice, set aside. Mix � the pears, blue cheese, mascarpone, parsley, olive oil and fresh pepper (not too much), set aside. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and place under broiler to toast (1-2 minutes per side). Spread each toast with a teaspoon of spread, add a few cubes of pear and sprinkle with walnuts.
