| James played the Beast in the Los Angeles production for nearly two years, taking over the role when original Broadway Beast, Terrance Mann, left the show. James was then asked to star in the Broadway production, opposite Grammy Winner Toni Braxton in the role of Belle. He was featured in the Emmy Award winning Beauty & the Beast: A Concert On Ice with the original Los Angeles cast, including Susan Egan who was the original Broadway Belle. |
