Specifying Directories

 

WWW Service root.

The folder specified here will be the root directory of the directory tree that is available to the WWW service. The default specification is C:\inetpub\wwwroot.

 

FTP Service root.

The folder specified here will be the root directory of the directory tree that is available to the FTP service. The default specification is C:\inetpub\ftproot

 

Application Installation Point

The folder specified here will be the folder in which directories will be created for the installation of IIS. The default specification is C:\Program Files.

 

Mailroot Directory

The folder specified here will be folder in which the directories supporting SMTP mail server will be created. The default specification is C:\inetpub\mailroot.
