      It has become unavoidable to find a solution for change of faith (political party) by politicians. Solution is definitely existing and can be discovered by making rules to cover the following:-

    1. Government should incur all the election expenditure of all the candidates. In order to make this feasible rules are needed for limiting number of candidates and deciding on running of propaganda drive.
    2. Any change in faith of a politician(this would mean leaving party, and or joining party), after these rules are made applicable shall deprive him/her of his/her Government and semi-Government office and debar him/her for contesting any election to Government office and semi-Govenment bodies. Also such a politician shall not hold any office in Government or in semi-Government organisation.
    3. Independent members shall not hold any office in Government or in semi-Government organisation.
    4. Change of faith by elected members of any house shall automatically loose their membership to house.
    5. Whoever wish to contest election must file income tax return and wealth tax return for consecutive 10 years at the time of filing nomination for election.
    6. At least 0.001% of voters from the constituency must support the candidate and sign the nomination paper.
  • A man or woman who rapes or make falls allegation of rape shall undergo sex change surgery. Minimum punishment should be surgically removing penis of a man and breasts of a woman.
  • Rehabitation of slum dwellers should be in all buildings in a city. They must be evenly spread all over the city and not concentrated in a particular locality.
  • Whoever migrates to a city or town must learn the local language and carry out their business and all type of dealings in local language only.
  • Trees like 'Banyan' are considered as oxygen producing factory. All roads must have road divider of approximately 6 metre wide, so as to enable planting of these trees. This must be made compulsory for all cities towns and National Highways.
  • Industrialization must be spread all over the villages. assembly and testing may be centralised in a city or town. Production must be spread as much as possible in villages. This shall considerably reduce migration of population.
  • Rain harvesting must be given highest priority. Even in cities rain water should be collection in building premises, roads, open grounds and channelised to safe depth.
  • Hills and slopes in and around a city/town must be used for habitation but with a very low floor space index say 0.1 or lower. Whoever wish to stay in that area shall not be provided with electricity, water, telephone land lines, sewage lines and alike. Habitants shall make their own arrangement in their premises. No external source shall be used. Only facility of roads shall be provided by the local body.
  • All 2 wheeler manufacturers shall provide safe place on the 2 wheeler for storage of proper quality helmets. While selling 2 wheelers manufacturers mush provide 2 helmets of which cost be included in lump sum cost of the 2 wheeler. There should be no compulsion on use of helmet. Police should not be given additional burden of 'helmet check'
  • Workload of police should be reduced. Police should not be given judicial powers of deciding and collection of fine from vehicle driver/owner. Police should be given power to check but not to collect fine. If proper papers are not available police should retain driving licence and give proper receipt for the same. The owner/driver must be given in writing when and where he/she should produce proper papers. If proper papers are not produced on specified day, the vehicle should be taken over by police and offence should be lodged in court of law for awarding punishment. Where owner/drive do not produce even driving license, police should take the vehicle in their charge and give place and time where the papers should be produced. If all papers are found proper and legal vehicle may be returned after payment of a fixed penalty amount in any bank.
