Which is more important Knowledge or Degree?

In order to achieve positive results in any work knowledge is the must. No work can be undertaken and successfully completed without adequate knowledge about the work, step by step procedure and detailed working of each of the steps. However, only knowledge is inadequate.

Consider example of a toothpaste. A certain toothpaste is the best. The manufacturer had carried out extensive tests to prove that the toothpaste is superior to any other in the market. However, people may not purchase that toothpaste. Quality of the toothpaste alone would not be sufficient to sale the same in market. The manufacturer has to bring quality of the product to the notice of the people. Manufacture has to advertise to bring it to the notice of the people. Only when people use it they will be convinced to buy it. Here the quality of the toothpaste is 'knowledge' and advertising is the 'degree'.

Degree is needed to bring yourself to the notice of the prospective employer. Unless an employer invites you, you cannot exhibit your knowledge to the prospective employer. when you are invited for a test/interview the employer explores the depth of your knowledge. Employer shall not offer you a job unless your quality is adequate for a particular job.

Degree gives you an opportunity to exhibit your qualities to the employer. However, degree is no guarantee for employment. You can earn employment only with your knowledge.

To achieve this you should divide your learning in two parts. In your educational calendar first sixty seven percentage time devote to acquiring 'knowledge' and last thirty three percent time in acquiring best grades in the examination (the way for guaranteed success)
