Is hanging till death an adequate punishment in a Rape Case?

In my opinion hanging till death is an inadequate punishment. There should be a more severe punishment, a punishment which will make the rapist Care also must be taken that the provision is not misused. The law should be applicable to both of the parties. If the allegation is not proved the complainant also must get equally severe punishment without a separate trial. This means one of the parties must be punished. Befit of doubt should not be given to any of the parties.

For a man his manhood and for a woman her uterus are the most valued belongings. These may be removed. The other alternative may be sex change. Such a punishment may be the severe most punishment. One of these or similar to this punishment would prove to be the deterrent.
