| We are the only rental property on the island with it's own outdoor screened-in Jacuzzi. The water temperature can be set to warm for the winter months or cool for the summer months |

| 80% of the outside area is screened in for bug-free dining / cocktails in the evenings, overlooking the Sea of Abaco and through Tiloo Cut to the Atlantic |
| The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, fridge-freezer with inbuilt ice-maker, and stove |
| There is no need to bring things such as hairdryers as there is a fixed one in each bathroom, or coolers as we have provided two 50 gallon coolers for you to use |
