02-15-03 rules
In This Game, there are two types of cards, Point Cards and Alteration Cards.
POINT CARDS
Point Cards Have Two Numbers On Them, The Number on the Left is how many Total Points you get for each turn the card is in play. The Number on the right is how many turns the card stays in play. These Cards are destroyed after they have been on the field for the amount of turns that the card is allowed to stay in play (on the example, it is destroyed after 6 turns)

ALTERATION CARDS
Alteration Cards can change the course of the entire game. They are destroyed after they are used and then are destroyed unless it has this symbol:

How to Win:
Use Alteration Cards and Point Cards to Get 100 total points before your opponent does.
Starting The Game:
Each Player Shuffles Their Deck. Then they both draw three cards. They determine who goes first and the game commences as normal.
OTHER RULES:
If your deck runs out before you or your opponent gets 100 total points shuffle your graveyard and put it back as if it were your deck.
The Maximum Number of same cards that you can have in your entire deck is two
YOU MAY ONLY PLAY ONE POINT CARD PER TURN
The Minimum Number of cards that you can have in your deck is twenty; 16 point cards and 4 Alteration cards are included with the starter deck above.
Phases:
Phases are the order your turn goes.
Draw Phase: This is the Phase where you draw A Card
Destroy Phase: This is where you destroy cards that have been on the field for their allotted amount of time. You destroy the cards that have been on the field for their time BEFORE you gain points for them.
Play Phase: This is where you play your Alteration Cards and Point Cards. YOU MAY ONLY PLAY ONE POINT CARD PER TURN. You may play as many Alteration Cards as you like.
Point Phase: This is when you gain points for the point cards that you have on the field.
Second Play Phase: Same as First Play Phase but you don’t get points after you play a Point card, it’s usually a bad idea to play point cards here, but you can.
Final Phase: This is the end of your turn.
RARITY
Common Cards Have No Background.
Uncommon Cards Have a Blue Background.
Rare Cards Have a Gold Background.
Promotion Cards have a Grey background.
Terms:
Point Card: Explained Above
Alteration Card: Explained Above
Total Points: The Number Of Points you have in total.
Play: When you put a card on the field.
Graveyard: Where Your Point Cards go when they’ve been on the field for more then their amount of time or when an Alteration card has been used or destroyed.
RESTRICTIONS
The Following Card Cannot Be put in any deck:
Any x-ed out card
The Following Cards Can Only Be Put One in a Deck:
Blue Dot
Blue Eye
Pink Dot
Yellow Eye
White Dot
Scribble
Immortality
Rainbow Dot
No more than two cards can be put in one deck.
