Whats
been happening at Tae Kwon Do Australia?
I'm currently mirroring the
entire Tae Kwon Do Australia Site to
Xoom. http://members.xoom.com/tkdaustralia/ It has a much
easier site name to remember plus it
doesn't have all the geocities banners or
watermarks or popups. I realIy hate the
water mark as it slows down when
scrolling the page. But it will tke me
some time to get rid of the geocities
banners and links to geocities for the
Xoom site.

Physically -
excellent news, the hamstring is much
better but still not at 100%. And that
tiny little fracture may have just been
really bad brusing in the joint as it
hasen't been bothering me lately. But
theres good news, I'll be putting up some
information on Health, Injuries,
prevention and treatment.
The web page machine
- Still looking to get a new hard disk,
CD-R/RW video card with some sort of
video capture. Still haven't tried toget
the work scanner working.
