It's time for all school aged people to start honing up their toumament skills. The All Schools Championships will be held an Sunday 20 September 1998 at Loreto Normanhurst. Application forms will be handed cut soon. Please observe the closing date (13 September). Although late entries are discouraged, they will still be admitted before the draw is made, upon payment of an additional $10.00 administration fee.

Willoughby Street Fair Parade

Our Academy has been invited to participate in this year's Willoughby Street Fair Parade on Saturday 19 September 1998. We need approximately 30 people in their Taekworndo uniforms (t-shirts). The parade is anticipated to start at 12 noon. Your participation in this fun event will be greatly appreciated.

Holiday Program

The July Holiday faekw6nda Clinic conducted by out Academy in conjunction with the Department of Sport and Recreation was a great success. Many thanks to Justine Arfarasl Victoria Arfaras and Austen Gershenson who did an excellent job assisting with the instruction during the three days.

Spotter's Incentive

Any Academy member directly responsible for the introduction and registration of a new student will be rewarded with 4 free trainings.

Insurance

Members wishing to take out an accident cover can now do so for $15.00 adults and $10.00 children. If interested, contact your instructor.

T-Shirts

Taekwondo T-shirts are available in sizes from XXS to XXL. Cost is $26.00.

Academy Patches

Patches are now available at a cost of $8.00. Please note that these patches are to be placed on left side of the uniform.

Dress Code

Members are reminded to be properly attired in appropriate Academy clothing during training. The wearing of shinlinstep guards while free sparring is compulsory. Shin/instep guards are now available in sizes small, medium and large at a cost of $20.00.
