Spoilers: Um...anything can happen and I'm just writing as I go, so I don't know yet *L*. Um, Just so you know though, In my story all the wrestlers go by their wrestling name in 'real life'. It's easier for me that way =).
Summary: Jeff told Jami he loved her, and she slammed a door in his face. What is behind her strange behavior? Will we ever find out?

"What's wrong with you?" Lita asked Jami when she came out of the bathroom, dressed for bed. Jami slid under the covers, looking at Lita solemnly. "Jeff told me he loved me." "That's great! What's the problem?" Lita sked. Jami blushed, "I shut the door in his face." Lita's jaw dropped open. "Okay, are you mentally challenged or something? a great guy tells you he loves you and you shut teh door in his face?!?" Jami sighed and sifted in the bed. She turned out her bedside light and layed staring into the darkness before answering. "I don't know what happened. All I remember is this suffocating feeling. I had this overwhelming feeling to run. So I did. I know, I'm stupid." "So now what are you going to do? Don't you care about him?" Lita questioned. Jami sat up and faced Lita, "I know I love him! That's what scares me the most!"

The next morning Jami and Lita headed down to the van to meet Jeff and Matt. Matt smiled and hugged both girls. Jeff coughed nervously before sliding into the passanger seat. Matt shrugged and got behind the steering wheel. Jami and Lita both climbed into the van. Jami opened her notebook and looked over her notes on what they were going to do in the spoof match.

Jami and Lita shut the door of the conference room behind them. They flipped on the TV and sat down at the conference table. Jami leaned back in her chair, putting her feet up on the table. She grabbed a carrot stick and took a bite. "So, did Jeff say anything to you yet?" Lita sked, grabbing a celery stick. "no!" jami sighed. "He just keeps giving me these hurt looks. I think he's to hurt to talk to me!" "Well, I can see where he's coming from." Lita told her honestly. "I know, I don't know what to do to show him that I do love him, but am scared. Those three words are the scariest thing I've ever been told." Jami cut off when the show began again.
Jeff and Matt Hardy stood in the ring along with Edge, Christian and Billy Gunn. They all had on jeans and t-shirts. Baseball caps covered their heads and their hair was tucked up under the caps. Billy Gunn had a visor on his head. The music began and Jami and Lita couldn't believe their ears. Jami's carrot fell from her hand and LIta had to spit her celery bite out before she choked on it. They collapsed into a fit of giggles. Lillian announced the song. "This song is sent out to J. Lynn and Lita. 'It's Gonna Be Me'." The guys danced around the ring, throwing out pelvic thrusts every few seconds. The girls wailed with laughter as the guys were totally out of sync. Once they were done performing Lance Storm, The Dudleyz, Test, and Hurricane Helms came out dressed as the Backstreet Boys. Jami tried to swallow her giggles as she and Lita ran out to get ready for their spoof match.
After they were dressed they went to wait by the curtain. On the way there, they ran into Edge and Billy Gunn. "hey, who won?" Jami asked. Billy looked hurt. "Do you doubt our supreme ability? Of course, N Sync won!" Jami giggled. "And which N Sync member were you suppose to be?" Lita asked. "uh...the fish one." Billy answered, unsure. Jami burst into laughter again. "Let me guess, Edge, your Justin?" Jami guessed. Edge nodded, "yeah, how'd you know?" he asked. "Your a pretty boy, so is he." Jami told him.
"Oh, so....you and Jeff are at odds again?" Edge asked her. Jami's laughter died immediently on her lips. "Yeah, I guess so." she muttered. "Why are you mad at him?" he asked her. "I'm not mad at him!" Jami said, worry crossing her face. "Is that what he thinks?" Edge nodded. "yeah, he thought you were mad. That's why you slammed the door in his face." Jami shook her head. "Oh Edge, I made a stupid mistake. I got scared and freaked out. But I wasn't mad. Oh, what am I going to do?" she muttered.

Jami and Lita stood silent in the arena, their heads down. The arena was dark as they waited for the song to start. Jami and LIta had their hair pushed up under caps and were dressed as guys. They were doing Bon Jovi's "It's my Life." The lights went on and the girls began to sing and dance around the ring. The crowd loved it. When they finished they stepped out of the ring as Stephanie and trish stepped in. they began to sing and dance to the Britney Spears song, "oops, I did it again". After they finished their performance, Jami and Lita joined them in the ring for the match.
