Title: Missing a Step
Author: Jami Lynn
Chapter: 1
Disclaimer: I don't own any of the wrestlers used in this story, 'cause if I did, I'd be busy with them right now *grin* And not a single butt cheek of theirs belongs to the WWF, to the WWE yes...but not the WWF. But I do own Jami, for she is me. Tasha owns herself. Charity owns herself and if you try to take any of us, you will burn in hell! This is the next story in the Step series...it's the Edge/Tasha sequel. And the address to the stories is at the bottom of this email. And I use the wrestlers wrestling names in the story, JUST DEAL WIT IT! And don't bother suing me...all you'd get is a half eaten ham sandwich and a bag of chips from 2 years ago. And Amanda, aka Phoenix, is not a bitch in real life. She's actually a very nice girl. =) She's just a bitch in this story for my purposes *L* So, no bashing real Amanda.
Distribution: Ask me if you can use it, more than likely I will say yes.
Rating: So far, it's a PG-13
Content: Nothing bad as of yet, probably won't be anything to bad either....maybe some cussing.
Spoilers: Might be a "Friends" spoiler coming in this chapter or the next one.
Summary: Can Jami and Tasha deal with Phoenix being in the WWE?
Feedback: I need feedback like I need air! So give it to me, babee! I have been suffocating lately....so please, send in the feedback.

Jami and Jeff sat on the airplane, waiting for the signal that they were about to land in North Carolina. Tasha and Edge sat behind them, quietly whispering to themselves. The four had been given permission to fly out and see Lita and check on her recovery. Charity and Rob had stayed behind so that Charity would be able to debut that night on Raw.
"Do you think she'll be expecting us?" Jami asked Tasha. Tasha leaned forward a bit, "Nah, not today. She probably expected us yesterday" Tasha laughed.
"yeah, you are probably right. I wish Char could have come with us." Jami responded. "Yeah, but she's excited about debuting tonight with Rob. Some big secret thing that she refused to tell us about. Just said we had to watch the show." Tasha said.
Jami sighed and adjusted her lap belt as the plane landed. When they finally got out of the plane they all sighed in relief at having some fresh air.
"Come on guys, it's....it's getting late. We gotta go see Lita and wrestle the remote away from her so we can watch Raw." Jami exclaimed.

"Hey woman! Sup?" Tasha asked as the foursome walked into Lita's hospital room. "Hey, what are y'all doing here. Aren't you suppose to be on my TV screen pretty soon?" Lita asked as the group gathered around her. Matt sat by her side, smiling, his hand holding hers
"Well, we decided to walk out of the TV set today..ya know, stretch our legs." Edge grinned at her. "And we brought presents" Jami exclaimed as she handed Lita a bag filled with goodies.
"Thank y'all. Just what I wanted, an Edge Head T-shirt." Lita looked at them quizically. "There's more in there. Edge just had a big of a ego....he thought you'd like it." Tasha laughed. "Just think, now you have a dust rag! OW!" Jami said, before Edge pinched her arm.
"Hey, hurry, turn Raw on. Charity is debuting tonight." Jeff urged, totally ignoring the other three. "She's debuting?" Matt asked, confused. "Yeah, Shane is letting her be RVD's valet, Star." Jeff told him.
"Wow, awesome. Did you guys teach her Diva Training 101." Lita asked. "Yep, we told her to make sure to shake her ass at every camera." Tasha grinned.
"good, can never shake your ass to much for WWE fans." Lita laughed. "So Li, did you find out the results of the cancer biopsy yet?" Jami asked.
Before Lita could answer everyone's attention was diverted to the ring, where Phoenix now stood. She was getting ready to face her challenger they said. A newcomer. just then the music started as "papercut" by linkin' park played. Jami and Tasha went pale as Star (Charity) walked out onto the ramp, RVD by her side.
