Title: Learning the Steps
Author: Jami Lynn
Chapter: 23(last chapter)
Disclaimer: I don't own any of the wrestlers used in this story, 'cause if I did, I'd be busy with them right now *grin* And not a single butt cheek of theirs belongs to the WWF, to the WWE yes...but not the WWF. But I do own Jami, for she is me. Tasha owns herself. (Heaven help the person who tries to claim he/she owns either of us). Charity owns herself and if you try to take her you will burn in hell! This is the next story in the Step series...it's the Matt/Lita sequel. And the address to the stories is at the bottom of this email. And I use the wrestlers wrestling names in the story, JUST DEAL WIT IT! And don't bother suing me...all you'd get is a half eaten ham sandwich and a bag of chips from 2 years ago. And Amanda, aka Phoenix, is not a bitch in real life. She's actually a very nice girl. =) She's just a bitch in this story for my purposes *L* So, now bashing real Amanda.
Distribution: Ask me if you can use it, more than likely I will say yes.
Rating: So far, it's a PG-13
Content: Nothing bad as of yet, probably won't be anything to bad either....maybe some cussing.
Spoilers: Um...anything can happen and I'm just writing as I go, so I don't know yet *L*.
Summary: Who is this Phoenix? And what does her presence in the WWE mean to Jami and Tasha.
Feedback: I need feedback like I need air! So give it to me, babee! I have been suffocating lately....so please, send in the feedback.

"Well, if you girls have to worry about her, then we have to worry about her too. We can't let you face her alone." Jeff said, reaching out to grab Jami's hand.

Jami pulled it out of his reach, her body stiff and rigid, "No, you don't understand. You cannot put yourself at the risk. I'm sure she's over this whole stalker like thing, but I'm not taking the chance of her hurting you to hurt me. That's not a risk I'm willing to take."

"But, if she hurts you, it'll be hurting us, and that's not a risk we are willing to take." Edge countered. Tasha jumped up and stood in front of him.

"you don't understand. Under no cirmcumstances do we want you to feel you need to defend us. Do not put yourself in the line of her wrath. Please. PLEASE." Tasha pleaded.

"I am not making any promises that I cannot keep, but for now, we'll stay out of her line." Jeff said, sighing in frustration. Jami and Tasha visibly relaxed. But they tensed up again when a knock came at the door.

Jeff jumped up to get it, peeking at the person through the peephole. "It's Charity and Rob." He answered the groups unspoken question as he opened the door.

"Hey everyone. Wow, who died?" Rob asked as he walked into the room, his hand interwined with Charity's. "Nobody, nobody is going to die. Just lay off, will you?" Tasha blurted out in frustration.

"Dude...can I just offer you one suggestion. No more caffiene." Rob told her, shooting her a puzzled look. "Sorry...just nerves....just nerves." Tasha mumbled.

"Did Charity tell y'all the good news? She's going to be my Valet on the show now. And since she's been doing some training, they might actually let her wrestle soon. Isn't that awesome. So it'll be R-V-D with Char-It-Y." Rob laughed at his own joke.

"Ha ha." Jami mumbled into the pillow that she had somehow placed her face in. "Dude, you guys all need to lighten up." Rob shook his head at the glum group.

"Yeah, what's wrong. Are y'all okay?" Charity asked with concern. Jeff quickly filled them in on the details of the developing situation as Jami and Tasha whispered quietly amongst themselves.

"Wow, that's quite an interesting angle. Dude, I guess sometimes real life does interrupt fantasy, doesn't it?" RVD observed, shooting a grin at Charity.
