Chasity slowly folded and refolded her clothes as she placed them in her
suitcase. Her eyes were cold and truthfully, she felt dead inside. Her
heart was so broken that the pain had slowly numbed her emotions.
"I Love you." Brock Lesnar spoke quietly from the doorway. Chasity refused
to look up, instead she shrugged, "Whatever. It doesn't matter." She
replied.

and turned her back to him.

"Where are you going to go?" Brock asked. "Don't worry about it. I'm good. I
have my girls." Chasity said, shoving more clothes into the suitcase. "You
always have everything under control, so you'll be fine, right?" Chasity
said.

"Why do you have to leave?" Brock moved to the bed, pushing her suitcase out
of her reach. "I have my pride Brock." Chasity said.
"But you also have my love." Brock reminded her. "Why won't you let me
leave?" Chasity asked.
"Because I need you." He answered. "Well, that's just to bad." Chasity
said. "Please baby, just calm down and we'll talk about this." Brock
suggested.
Chasity turned to him, anger burning in her eyes. "Brock, YOU chose this
path, not me. But now I'm going to chose my path. I'm going out there and
I'm going to be just fine without you."
"I know you can make it on your own..." Brock said but was interrupted, "You
had it all here with me! How could you do this?" Chasity asked.

called. All those times you promised me things, that you'd change, but you
never did. All the time I wasted on this relationship when you weren't even
willing to work on it. That's why I'm replacing you. With someone who loves
me for me. Myself." Chasity spoke, hating that tears were forming in her
eyes.
"Okay, please, just let me explain. I was stupid. I was use to playing the
field and well, I was just stupid." Brock admitted. "I could have told you
that. What made you think you could treat me like shit?" Chasity asked.
"I thought I had you in the palm of my hand. I thought, well, I wasn't
thinking." Brock said.

As will you, I'm sure." Chasity glared. "Please baby girl, don't leave mad."
Brock pleaded.
"Fuck you Brock." Chasity spat, absentmindedly rubbing her bruised knuckles
that were hidden by a thick wrap bandage. Brock's mind flew back to the
night before when Chasity had bruised those knuckles. She had shown up at
his hotel in an effort to surprise him, but she had been the one surprised.
Loneliness had weakened Brock that night and he had taken a ring rat back to
his hotel room with him. Anger had fueled Chasity to take a swing at his
face, but all she had done was hurt herself.

sorry." Brock said. Even though her punch hadn't hurt him, it had acted as a
wake up call for him. Chasity had been furious before but she had never
tried to physically hurt someone.
Chasity glared at him. "Come on baby, you know me. You love me. You know
that I love you. Please don't leave." Brock pleaded again. "There isn't
anything you'll say to me that'll change my mind. I can't be with you. I
don't trust you. So now you can go and sleep with whomever you want. I don't
want to hear your explanations. We are done. I'm outta here. See ya player."
Chasity spoke, grabbing her suitcase and moving to leave.

spoke evenly.
"Pride is what you HAD, I'm what you HAVE." Brock said. "What the fuck does
that mean? That if I have you I can't have pride? Pride is what I HAD?
You're what I HAVE? I can't have both? Well guess what Brock, I chose my
pride." Chasity blasted as she walked out the door, leaving only an eerie
silence behind her, and the hint of J.Lo's 'GLOW' perfume.
