Nidia joined the group of wrestlers who were watching the Smackdown episode
they had taped the night before. She sighed to herself, 'One more house
show tonight and then I'm off for three days.'
Her eyes watched as Michael Cole and Tazz hyped the upcoming match between
herself and the blonde bombshell, Torrie Wilson. This was the part she
hated. The moment when she stood next to the gorgeous Torrie. Torrie with
her perfect little figure, her perfect big boobs, her picture perfect face
and her perfect blonde hair. It made Nidia feel like a ragged doll next to
Malibu Barbie.
Nidia saw herself walk out onto the ramp in the nearly illegal short jean
shorts and the whore'ish top that really didn't flatter her body as much as
she would have liked. Then Torrie Wilson walked out and the crowd cheered
as the living barbie smiled at all of them with perfect white teeth.
"Hey Nid, you looked pretty good out there last night." Jamie Knoble told
her, all the while, never taking his eyes away from Torrie Wilson. "I am
just as beautiful" Nidia reminded herself silently.

Don't look at me. Everyday is so wonderful
And suddenly it's hard to breathe
Now and then, I get insecure
From all the fame, I'm so ashamed.
I am beautiful no matter what they say
Words can't bring me down
I am beautiful in every single way
Yes, words can't bring me down
So don't you bring me down today.

Nidia plunked herself down on the floor of the women's locker room, trying
to fight the tears that she knew were building. The door opened and Torrie
Wilson walked in. She offered Nidia a huge smile. "Hey Nidia...are you
okay?" Torrie asked, noticing the tearful look Nidia gave her. "Fine, just
fine." Nidia said, reminding herself that she did not cry.
Torrie carefully watched the other woman and noticed that she occasionally
looked up at Torrie's body with contempt. Torrie recognized the look, she
knew it well. She moved to sit down in front of Nidia. "I think the writers
are going to start putting you on TV in a more active role." she announced.
Nidia nodded solemnly. "I think it's because your fans are throwing fits
about the fact that all you ever do anymore is just accompany Jamie Knoble.
They want to see you in the ring more. They know you have tremendous
talent." Torrie explained and she got a semi-interested look from Nidia.
"And the guys just plain want to see more of you." Torrie continued.
"They just want to see me against you, so they can see you." Nidia mumbled.
Torrie shook her head, "No! That's not it!" She said forcefully. Nidia
looked up in suprise at the tone Torrie had taken.
"Nidia, you are absolutely beautiful. Inside and out! You volunteer in an
effort to help animals all over the world. YOu volunteer your time when
it's needed around here. You have a great body and a great mind." Torrie
told her.
***
To all your friends, your delirious,
So consumed in all your doom
Trying hard to fill the emptiness
The piece is gone and the puzzle undone
That's the way it is
You are beautiful no matter what they say
Words won't bring you down
You are beautiful in every single way
Yes, words won't bring you down
Don't you bring me down today...

Nidia's mind flashed to something she had read about the Australian tour
earlier that year, where a bunch of male superstars had picked Torrie as the
most beautiful diva in the company. And now Torrie was sitting here telling
her that she thought Nidia was beautiful. 'She must be on drugs' Nidia
thought to herself.
"Whatever. You're like a barbie...absolutely perfect." Nidia argued, "no
one even realizes I'm alive when we are near each other." "wanna know why
my body is like Barbie's? Because I paid a good sum of money for it to look
like that." Torrie shrugged.
Nidia's eyes widened in suprise. Torrie had never made it a secret that she
had her boobs done, but to hear her say it so nonchalantly threw her off
guard.
"Maybe that's what I should do." Nidia mused outloud. Torrie grabbed her
hadn and looked horrified. "NO! You are beautiful just as you are. Don't
change! If you change anything about yourself, change how YOU think of
yourself. No one else's opinion matters. Even after the surgery, I wasn't
happy. But then I began to appreciate my body, and now I couldn't be
happier." Torrie said.
"May you're right." Nidia said thoughtfully. "No matter what anyone says,
you are beautiful. Never listen to their words...I found that out the hard
way. Just listen to your body. Appreciate it and you'll love it and so will
others. You ARE beautiful!" Torrie re-enforced.

No matter what we do
(no matter what we do)
No matter what they say
(no matter what they say)
When the sun is shining through
Then the clouds won't stay
And everywhere we go
(everywhere we go)
The sun won't always shine
(sun won't always shine)
But tomorrow will find a way
All the other times.
We are beautiful no matter what they say
Yes, words won't bring us down
We are beautiful no matter what they say
Yes, words can't bring us down
Don't you bring me down today
Don't you bring me down today
Don't you bring me down today.
