Title: Fallen Angel
Author: Jami Lynn
Chapter: 15
Disclaimer: I don't own any of the wrestlers used in this story, 'cause if I did, I'd be busy with them right now *grin*. But I do own Jami, for she is me. Tasha owns herself. (Heaven help the person who tries to claim he/she owns either of us).  And I use the wrestlers wrestling names in the story, JUST DEAL WIT IT! And don't bother suing me...all you'd get is a half eaten ham sandwich and a bag of chips from 2 years ago.
Distribution: Ask me if you can use it, more than likely I will say yes.
Rating: So far, it's a PG-13
Content: Nothing bad as of yet, probably won't be anything to bad either....maybe some cussing.
Spoilers: Um...anything can happen and I'm just writing as I go, so I don't know yet *L*.

Jaylynn sat in the hotel cafe, her bucket hat pulled low over her forehead, slouched down in the booth. She had ordered toast and ginger ale, both went untouched in front of her. The combination of different food smells was making her stomach turn. But she couldn't return to her room. Not yet. He could still be there.

She had slipped out of the bed this morning, careful not to wake him. She figured that she didn't' have much to worry about though, judging from the new empty beer bottles strewn across the floor. Looked like she hadn't been the only one who was drinking heavily that night.

What the hell had she been thinking? Of course, the alcohol had made it impossible for her to think. She knew how to be piss drunk yet not seem drunk to the world, thanks to her days in the Indy's, but she had never slept with someone because she was drunk.

Jaylynn tentively sipped her ginger ale. Her mouth felt like she had ben sucking on cotton all night. What was she going to do? If Shane McMahon found out about it, he'd have ammunition for his earlier accusations that she had been sleeping with him. And damnit, if she had slept with him she wanted to remember it!!!

Someone slipped into the booth across from her and she regarded them through hidden eyes. He was really attractive. Blue hair with blonde streaks. A firm jaw. Arched brows over gorgeous green eyes.

"Hey. How are you feeling?" He asked in his slow southern draw. "Hung over." was all she said. She felt her face redden under his gaze. She wondered if everyone in the cafe could tell that they'd had sex just hours before.

"Yeah, me too." He said, nervously playing with her glass of water. A waitress strolled over, popping her gum loudly, making both of them wince. "Same as her." Jeff told the woman.

Neither spoke until the waitress brought back his food. "Listen Jeff..." Jaylynn spoke just as Jeff said, "About last night..." They both smiled slightly.

"Go ahead." Jeff urged, taking a bite of his toast. "Uh...I don't really know what to say. I don't remember last night." Jaylynn told him.

A look of relief spread over Jeff's face and Jaylynn watched him in confusion. "I don't either. I remember going to our room to check on you. I figured if you were going to drink you might as well have a drinking buddy. So I brought some beer. I had already finished the Jack you had given me in the hallway earlier. And then I woke up this morning. Judging from the state of the room, I'd say I finished the beer while you finished the Rum and Coke. And then, well...we finished each other." Jeff said, watching her reaction.

"Why'd you come back to my room." Jaylynn sighed, not really asking the question. "Listen, I know that you are thinking that I came back to take advantage of you, but I didn't. I came back because you looked so destroyed about the show and I didn't think you should be left alone. But it wasn't to take advantage of you. If that were the reason, then I wouldn't have gotten drunk too. Because I don't even remember the sex, and believe me. I'd want to." Jeff told her.

Jaylynn felt herself blush. "Yeah...same here. I mean, I'd..uh, like to remember what I did. I wonder if it was any good?" Jaylynn cracked a smile. "Well, judging from the way our clothes were thrown around the room and the state the room was in. I'd say yes." Jeff chuckled.

"Oh God." Jaylynn laughed, her face turning redder by the second. "If it's any comfort, we did use protection. I found the proof...a couple of proofs actually, in the bed when I woke up." Jeff said.

Jaylynn wanted to sink away from his gaze. "Listen...I don't think we should mention this to anyone else." Jaylynn said quietly. "I was about to suggest the same thing. I'm not exactly proud to admit that I bedded one of the hottest WWE Diva's only because we were so fucking drunk that we had no idea what was going on." Jeff said.

After a few moments of silence Jeff threw some cash on the table. He got up to leave, but before he walked away, he leaned down and whispered. "I hope that sometime we can see what we missed out on last night." and with that he was gone, leaving behind a red faced Jaylynn.
