Title: Angelic Beginnings
Author: Jami Lynn
Chapter: 16
Disclaimer: I don't own any of the wrestlers used in this story, 'cause if I
did, I'd be busy with them right now *grin*. But I do own Jami, for she is me.
Tasha owns herself. (Heaven help the person who tries to claim he/she owns
either of us). And I use the wrestlers
wrestling names in the story, JUST DEAL WIT IT! And don't bother suing me...all
you'd get is a half eaten ham sandwich and a bag of chips from 2 years ago.
Distribution: Ask me if you can use it, more than likely I will say yes.
Rating: So far, it's a PG-13
Content: Nothing bad as of yet, probably won't be anything to bad
either....maybe some cussing.
Spoilers: Um...anything can happen and I'm just writing as I go, so I don't know
yet *L*.

"So what's up with you and Shane?" Angela asked as she plopped down in a chair
across from Jaylynn in the arena's makeshift cafeteria. Amy sat down next to
her. Jaylynn looked up from the textbook she was reading. "Which Shane?" She
asked.
"Helms, ya know...the one you've become the sidekick to." Angela answered,
biting down into an apple she held in her hand. "Nothing's going on. We've just
been hanging around together." Jaylynn told them.
"Uh huh....and traveling together. There's got to be more to it then that."
Angela commented. "nope, that's it. No secret red hot affair. Just Shane snoring
in the passanger seat of my car." Jaylynn said.
"What are you reading?" Amy finally spoke. "Oh, just a chapter for this course
I'm taking through my school. It's just a general psychology class they are
letting me take through correspondence." Jaylynn said.
"Yuck, school." Angel wrinkled her nose. "Yeah. School. I'd like to get a degree
in TV production. That way if my inring career ended I might still be able to
work in this company." Jaylynn answered. "That's a good plan." Amy nodded.
"So Seriously, nothings happening between you and Shane?" Angela asked. "Geez,
don't sound so disappointed." Jaylynn laughed. "Well, at least my Angel
Character is going to be getting some lovin'." Jaylynn said.
"Yeah, I saw that the writers are pairing you up with Shannon in the love
interest department. That's definately an interesting twist. Any idea where
that's going to go?" Amy asked. "Not a clue. They won't even give us the
slightest hint." Jaylynn said.

Jaylynn sank into her hotel bed late that night. She noticed that her cell phone
displayed the fact that she had one new voice message. With a heavy sigh she
dialed her voice mail box. "Hey Jaylynn, it's Shane. Give me a call when you get
this. nothing important, just give me a ring." she heard Shane Helms' voice tell
her.
Jaylynn looked at the bedside clock and knew Shane would still be awake. Sighing
again she called the front desk. "Yes, this is Jaylynn Emerson in Room #121. I
need to have a message delievered to Shane Helms. No, I don't want to be patched
through. I just need you to deliver a message that says, 'To tired to talk. Will
call tomorrow.'. Thanks". Jaylynn said before hanging up.

A loud banging on the door jerked Jaylynn awake. "Damnit! Who the hell! Fuck!"
Jaylynn grumbled as she stumbled to the door. "Oh Good, you're up! Did you read
tomorrow nights script yet?" Shane asked as he surged through the door when she
opened it.
Jaylynn flipped on the light and glared at him. "What?" he asked in mock
innosence. "If I had the strength, I'd kill you." Jaylynn growled as she went to
sit on the bed, drawing her knees up against her chest.
"Why does everyone say that? Anyway, did you read over Sunday Night's script?
Or, I guess I was right when I Said tomorrow nights since it's offically
Saturday!" Shane chirped. "No more frappacino's for you." Jaylynn grumbled.
"You still haven't answered my question." Shane pointed out. "Okay, okay...I
haven't read it yet, just skimmed through it. NOW can I go back to bed?" Jaylynn
murmered, rolling onto her side on the bed.
Shane pulled her back up into a sitting position. "No, did you think I came here
just to ask you if you had read the script?" Shane asked with a chuckle. "Well,
considereing you asked me if I had like, a thousand times...yes." Jaylynn said.
"No, I was just curious if you saw that they seem to be paring you up with
Shannon for an onscreen romance." Shane asked. "Yeah...I saw it." Jaylynn said,
looking at him curiously. "Are you okay with it?" Shane asked, looking almost
suprised.
"Sure, why wouldn't I be?" Jaylynn asked. "Well, don't you think it could end up
with you in a well, less active inring role? Or that it's demeaning that they
aren't letting your ring work stand on it's own, instead of just pairing you
with a guy?" Shane asked.
"No." Jaylynn asnwered, looking at Shane as if he were crazy. "Well, ummmmmm,
Kalimai might have a problem with it. I mean, that's her man and she might not
be thrilled with the idea of you being all over him." Shane pointed out.
"Are you on crack? Three things.....One, we don't know what sort of relationship
Angel and Shannon will have. It might be like Spike and Molly's. Two, Kali knows
its acting. She's not dumb. And three....well, third...it's 3:30 am. "Jaylynn
yawned.
"Fine, if you don't have a problem with it, then I don't either. I'll see you
later." Shane said, hurrying from her room. "okay......hopefully much
later....this place is full of weirdos" Jaylynn shook her head.
