Tasha owns herself. (Heaven help the person who tries to claim he/she owns
either of us). And I use the wrestlers
wrestling names in the story, JUST DEAL WIT IT! And don't bother suing me...all
you'd get is a half eaten ham sandwich and a bag of chips from 2 years ago.

Rating: So far, it's a PG-13
Content: Nothing bad as of yet, probably won't be anything to bad
either....maybe some cussing.
Spoilers: Um...anything can happen and I'm just writing as I go, so I don't know
yet *L*.

Jaylynn stayed to herself the rest of the day and drove to her home in Raleigh,
NC the next afternoon. She was growing more and more anxious about Sunday nights
pay per view. She wasn't sure if she was ready to be involved in such a big way.
She knew that she should just count her blessings that the WWE had brought her
in at such an opportune time.
The fans had been clamoring for a strong women's division and the WWE had
scrambled to comply. Jaylynn also knew that other new girls would soon be
joining the ranks and if she wanted to keep her spot on the WWE Roster she had
better get her act together.

Jaylynn had just finished doing her laundry when she heard a knock come at her
door. She cautiously opened it and was surprised to see Shane Helms standing
before her.
"Hi Shane. What are you doing here? How'd you know where I lived?" she asked.
"You left so quickly that i never had a chance to confirm travel plans. And
Angela gave me your address. I hope you don't mind." Shane said.
Jaylynn realized that he was still standing outside so she motioned for him to
come in. "No, I don't mind. Come in." Jaylynn said. She led Shane to the living
room. They both sat on the sofa and Shane looked the room over closely.
The living room was large and the little amount of furnishings only emphasized
that. Jaylynn had a small leather sofa, a leather recliner and a black directors
chair as the main part of the room. A large TV sat along one side with rows and
rows of DVD's on a bookcase. The only decoration on the wall was a painting of a
white tiger. Nothing really personal was in the room.
"So, are you ready for your first pay per view appearance?" he finally asked.
Jaylynn noticeably stiffened at his innocent question. "are you alright?" He
asked when she didn't answer.
"I'll be okay. I'm just extremely nervous." Jaylynn forced a smile. "you'll do
fine." Shane reassured her.
"I hope so. I can't afford to fail again." Jaylynn murmured so softly that Shane
almost didn't hear her. "Fail again? What else have you failed at?" Shane asked.
"Being a daughter, a sister, a girlfriend, a wrestler. You name it." Jaylynn
spat out with more hostility than she had meant to. "How have you failed at
those?" Shane asked.
"Can we talk about something else, please?" Jaylynn asked. "Why do you keep
everyone pushed so far away?" Shane blurted out.
Jaylynn looked up at him in surprise. "Wh-what do you mean?" she asked. "Like
just now. I want to know more about who you really are, but you just pushed me
out." Shane said.
"You wouldn't like who I really am." Jaylynn told him. "Let me decide that." He
urged.
Jaylynn looked at him defiatently. "Okay, what do you want to know? About the
time in my life where I was having an affair with a married man? How I used sex
to further my career? How I caused my family to disown me? What? Huh, what?!?"
Shane refused to let her see the shock on his face. "How about you start with
the first one. The affair with a married man." Shane said. "Do you really want
to hear this?" Jaylynn asked nervously, regretting ever saying a word. Shane
nodded and Jaylynn decided to lay it all out there for him to judge her by. She
deserved his harsh judgment.
"I didn't know he was married when I started seeing him. He was the owner of
this huge Indy fed. He was older than me. In his 40's, but I fell for him. Then
when I found out he was not only married, but had kids my age, I was crushed. I
was in his fed, this way before my PGWA days, and I had to see him on a daily
basis. And I couldn't stop myself. I kept seeing him. I know it was wrong, but I
guess I didn't care. I continued to sleep with him, believing his lies that he'd
leave his wife for me. Then his oldest son caught us...really caught us. It
ended after that. He retired and handed the federation over to his son. My
parents found out somehow about it and refused to speak with me. I threw myself
into my wrestling.
Then one day his son, Mark, approached me. Asked if I'd like to be the ladies
champ. Of course I did! He said all I'd have to do is...is sleep with him. He
said that he wanted the same business relationship with me that his dad had had.
And I wanted to the championship sooooo bad, I did it. I thought 'just once,
that'll be it.' He wasn't married, so it'd be okay. But it wasn't. Before long I
was doing all sorts of things for him....just to stay the champ. WHen I quit
doing his requests...I lost the belt. But by then it didn't really matter, I'd
already lost my dignity.
The other wrestlers knew that i had made it to ladies champ, not on my merit but
with my body. Finally I left and joined the PGWA. It was an all women's fed, so
I knew I wouldn't be asked to sleep my way to the top. This time I had to
actually work my way up the chain. And I did. But I know that everyone still
thinks I made it by doing sexual favors. And now you will too." Jaylynn rambled,
knowing that when she stopped talking she'd have to look at Shane and see the
disgust in his eyes.
