Title: An Angel Gets Her Wings
Author: Jami Lynn
Chapter: 7
Disclaimer: I don't own any of the wrestlers used in this story, 'cause if I
did, I'd be busy with them right now *grin*. But I do own Jami, for she is me.
Tasha owns herself. (Heaven help the person who tries to claim he/she owns
either of us). And I use the wrestlers
wrestling names in the story, JUST DEAL WIT IT! And don't bother suing me...all
you'd get is a half eaten ham sandwich and a bag of chips from 2 years ago.
Distribution: Ask me if you can use it, more than likely I will say yes.
Rating: So far, it's a PG-13
Content: Nothing bad as of yet, probably won't be anything to bad
either....maybe some cussing.
Spoilers: Um...anything can happen and I'm just writing as I go, so I don't know
yet *L*.
Summary: New Story
Feedback: I need feedback like I need air! So give it to me, babee!

"Hey Jeff, can I talk to you for a few?" Angela
yelled out across the crowded eatery. Jeff looked up from where he sat talking
with Jaylynn. He turned and said something to Jaylynn before getting up and
going over to Angela. HE didn't notice that Shane Helms immediately took his
spot next to her.
"Hey, what up?" Jeff asked Angela. "I was just
wanting to talk to you about Jaylynn." Angela said, not believing in the art
of being subtle.
"What about her?" Jeff asked, leaning up against
the wall. "How are things going between you and her?" Angel asked.
"Ok. Taking it slow...er. Why?" Jeff asked,
sounding suspicious. "Because I think you should know something. Actually, you
do know it, you just haven't admitted it yet." Angela said.
"What are you talking about?" Jeff asked,
growing confused. "Shane Helms is in love with Jaylynn. And Jaylynn is in love
with him." Angela laid out clearly. Jeff didn't speak at first, letting her
words rolls over him like a boulder. "I think you are crazy." Jeff finally
drawled out in his slow southern voice.
"Crazy huh? Look over there and tell me how
crazy I am." Angela said, pointing to where Shane and Jaylynn were quietly
laughing and talking. Jeff watched them quietly for a few moments, noticing
the expressions on their faces when they looked at each other. Finally he
turned and soundlessly left the room.

Jaylynn looked up from where she was laughing at
a joke Shane was telling her to see Angela watching her. Immediately the smile
died from Jaylynn's lips and she slid her chair back to stand up. "Your
girlfriend doesn't look to pleased. I should go find Jeff." Jaylynn said.
Shane grabbed her hand, keeping her in her seat.
"Angela's not my girlfriend. We are just seeing each other, but not
exclusively. Like you and Jeff. You know...I'd like ot talk to you more about
all this relationship stuff. I think we need a chance to explain a lot of
things to each other." Shane said and Jaylynn's eyes widened.
"What do you mean?" She asked. "My room number
is 313." Shane said, before standing and leaving Jaylynn to watch him go.
***
Jaylynn sat on her bed, trying to keep herself
from going to Shane Helms' room. She was incredibly tempted to go to his room
and let whatever happened happen. But she knew she'd feel somewhat guilty
about it, since she had this...this 'thing' with Jeff going on. But, they
weren't exclusive. And Shane had made it sound like he and Angela were the
same way. With a sigh, Jaylynn knew she had to talk to someone.
