Missouri "Surfer Dude" Dave is Jamie's maternal cousin. Though six months younger than the ninja, he's a full head taller.
As a child, Dave was overweight. Having a fear of ridicule, he would fight anyone who made fun of him. He also found himself having to be a bodyguard for his bookworm cousin.
When Jamie began his training, Dave asked his father if he could take martial arts lessons. Mr. Isaac, a retired Air Force sergeant, didn't trust anyone else to teach his son. He began training Dave in the military fighting techniques that he had learned while in the service. Dave excelled at them. This, coupled with his love of weight lifting, has turned Dave's girth into pure muscle. Now, at sixteen years of age, the big teen hasn't an ounce of fat.
Dave has mixed his training with his interest in professional wrestling, creating his own style. He has mellowed somewhat since his childhood. He now enjoys fighting, but rarely loses his temper. This, if anything, makes him more effective. The sight of the massive teen, shoulder-length, brown hair and button-up, Hawaiian shirt blowing in the wind, fighting three guys at one time, and wearing a huge smile on his face, can be quite unnerving.
