Herbed Chicken & Potatoes
6 chicken thighs 
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic soup mix  
1/3 cup water 
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil 
2-4 red potatoes, thinly sliced      

Preheat oven to 375F.

Lightly grease 13x9 pan or spray with Pam. 

Mix soup mix with water and vegetable oil.

Marinate chicken in mixture for an hour or so.

Place potatoes in pan and put chicken on top.

Bake one hour.
