Trainer Manager / Telemarketer

    After starting as entry level position was raised to manager / trainer title after only one year.

   Duties as manager / trainer included introducing new employees to the business, assessing and evaluating the employees, every day.

   Kept track of the sales and call levels of the shifts, and made sure that customer accuracy was constant.

   Also responsible for the scheduling of employees for shifts.

   During the time spent working for Civic Group, individual earnings on my part were constantly beating profit margins set internally by the company.

 

 

1998-2001              Pikeville / Pike County Airport         Pikeville, KY

Lineman / Asst. Manager

    Duties included handling all ground operations of the airport. This included servicing, fueling, towing of aircraft.

    Worked as the local air traffic advisor, giving information to aircraft such as traffic, and flying conditions.

     Scheduled local flying clubs, as well as recording all technical information such as type of plane landing, plane I.D. number, time of arrival, departure, and what runway was used.

     Purchased and configured point of sale computer system, inventory control, billing, rental, and customer databases.

Service Manager

    Managed all inner workings of the service department, including scheduling of personnel, and customer satisfaction.

   Responsibilities included trouble shooting, both computer repair and peripherals.

   Actually built computer system from scratch, as well as system software installation.
